Hybrid Film Production combining interviews and Animation Film Production for Namibia’s updated Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC 3.0)The consultant/service provider shall adopt a participatory and structured approach to the development of the short film.
The methodology should clearly outline all key tasks, deliverables, timelines, and stakeholder engagement processes required for successful completion of the assignment.
At a minimum, the approach should include:Introductory and inception meetings with the project team and key stakeholders;Review of all relevant project documentation and background materials;Development and submission of an inception report for approval;Script development and refinement based on stakeholder inputs;Storyboard preparation and presentation for validation prior to filming;Identification and selection of filming locations, interviewees, and case studies;Video production, filming, editing, and post-production activities;Stakeholder review and incorporation of comments on draft versions;Production and submission of the final approved video products.As part of the inception phase, the consultant shall review all short films produced in 2021 on Namibia’s Nationally Determined Contributions (NDCs), available on the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT) YouTube platform, as well as other relevant prior related work.1.Short films that were developed in 2021 on the Nationally Determined Contributions available on theMEFT YouTube Page2.Short film on revised NDC,NDC Chapters:Episode 2,Episode 3,Episode 4,Episode 5,Episode 6,Episode 7.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website:https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
