Description
Jedná se o nákup hydroizolace (drenážní trubky, geotextilie, hydroizolační fólie, atd.) v počtech a typech dle přílohy č. 1, „Specifikace majetku, cenová nabídka“.
Řádně vyplněný a ELEKTRONICKY PODEPSANÝ NÁVRH smlouvy je nedílnou součástí této VZ.
Zadavatel si ověří kvalifikaci uchazeče přes webový portál ARES. Nesplnění některých částí VZ nebude akceptována nabídka daného uchazeče.
Do celkové ceny zahrňte všechny náklady spojené s dodáním do místa plnění – VÚ 6624 Bechyně (DPH, dopravu do místa určení atd.). Další náklady nebudou přípustné. Tato cena nemůže být opravena ani v případě početní chyby.
ŘÁDNĚ PŘEKONTROLUJTE SPRÁVNOST VÝPOČTŮ A IDENTICKOU HODNOTU nabídky v NEN a návrhu smlouvy.
Nabídky budou hodnoceny na základě uchazečem nabízené ceny za splnění kompletní dodávky při dodržení požadavků výběrového řízení.
Jste-li zaměstnavatelem zaměstnávajícím více jak 50 % osob se zdravotním postižením a máte oprávnění poskytovat náhradní plnění, prosíme Vás o rezervaci tohoto plnění.
Zadavatel je povinen na základě Zákona o DPH §24 odst.1 k celkové cenové nabídce přiznat daň při dodání zboží osobou neusazenou v tuzemsku.
Vyhodnocení výběrového řízení proběhne do 14 pracovních dní od ukončení podávání nabídek.
Vítězný dodavatel bude osloven do 14 pracovních dní od vyhodnocení.
Lhůta pro podání stížnosti účastníků na postup zadávajícího při vyhodnocování veřejné zakázky podle čl.27 ROMO č.55/2017 Věstníku Ministerstva obrany - 3 pracovní dny od odeslání oznámení o výběru dodavatele.
