i. Oggetto della presente Concessione è la gestione dei servizi di ristorazione scolastica e domiciliare a favore del Comune di Dalmine, e comprende in sintesi i seguenti servizi:
- approvvigionamento derrate alimentari;
- preparazione dei pasti scolastici e domiciliari presso i centri cottura comunali e del concessionario, trasporto, consegna e distribuzione dei pasti scolastici secondo il calendario annuale;
- pulizia preventiva e preparazione tavoli, riassetto locali, pulizia tavoli, attrezzature e stoviglie del refettorio e della cucina, nonché dei contenitori per i pasti domiciliari;
