UAB „Kauno autobusai“ (Perkantysis subjektas) numato įsigyti padangas motorinėms transporto priemonėms. Pirkimo objektas skaidomas į 2 pirkimo objekto dalis, kiekvienai pirkimo objekto daliai bus sudaroma atskira sutartis: I pirkimo objekto dalis – Autobusų ir troleibusų padangos; II pirkimo objekto dalis – Mikroautobusų padangos. Tiekėjas gali pateikti pasiūlymus vienai ar visoms pirkimo objekto dalims. Pasiūlymai turi būti teikiami visai atskiroje pirkimo objekto dalyje nurodytai Prekių apimčiai. Prekių apimtis, nurodyta skirtingose pirkimo objekto dalyse, nėra skaidoma. Nenumatytų prekių įsigijimui kiekvienoje pirkimo objekto dalyje per visą sutarties galiojimo laikotarpį gali būti skiriama bendra suma, neviršijanti 10 (dešimties) procentų atitinkamos pirkimo objekto dalies pradinės sutarties vertės.
