Part 1 of the procurement object – Mechanical spare parts for TEMSA 12 LF buses

1.1. UAB „Kauno autobusai“ (hereinafter – the Contracting Entity) intends to acquire mechanical spare parts for TEMSA 12 LF and SOLARIS URBINO CNG buses. The procurement object is divided into two parts: 1. Part 1 of the procurement object – Mechanical spare parts for TEMSA 12 LF buses; 2. Part 2 of the procurement object – Mechanical spare parts for SOLARIS URBINO CNG buses. The supplier may submit offers for one or all parts of the procurement object. Offers must be submitted for the entire scope of goods specified for each separate part of the procurement object. The scope of goods specified in different parts of the procurement object is not divided. The technical specification for each part of the procurement object separately indicates the preliminary quantities of goods, which, in accordance with the provisions of clause 17.2 of the Methodology for Determining Pricing Rules, will be used only for the evaluation of offers and will not be considered maximum. The Contracting Entity foresees a maximum contract value (i.e., the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase) for each part of the procurement object separately during the goods ordering period. The initial contract value will be equal to the maximum amount of funds allocated for the purchase excluding VAT at the unit prices excluding VAT offered by the supplier for the acquisition of goods specified in the procurement documents and the procurement contract. The goods ordering period will end 24 (twenty-four) months after the contract comes into force or when the value of the goods ordered and purchased by the Contracting Entity reaches the maximum contract value specified in clause 2.5.2 of the Contracting Entity's procurement conditions and in the contract, which the Contracting Entity will allocate for the purchase of goods during their ordering period and which the Contracting Entity cannot exceed in the performance of the contract, whichever condition occurs first. The contract may be extended by written agreement of the parties for 1 (one) time for a period not exceeding 12 (twelve) months, but the total duration of the contract and its extension may not exceed 36 (thirty-six) months from the date of entry into force of the contract.
