I/27 Plasy, bypass

The subject of the public contract is the linear construction of the I/27 road diversion – bypass of the town of Plasy, which is designed as a two-lane road with an auxiliary climbing lane in category S 9.5/90. In the area of the Babina interchange, auxiliary lanes (exit and entry) are designed for the individual branches of the interchange. At the beginning and end of the construction, at-grade intersections are designed, which connect the I/27 road diversion to the existing (abandoned) state of the I/27 road using left-turn lanes. The construction also includes diversions of affected class III roads (III/23110, III/23111) in road categories S 7.5 and 6.5, monitoring and control points for the Police of the Czech Republic, access roads, and diversions of utility networks affected by the construction. The total length of the I/27 Plasy bypass is 6.069 km (including partial modifications of the existing I/27 road at the beginning and end of the section). Excluded from this total length of the bypass construction is the section with bridge SO 201 – Bridge over the Střela river valley in km 0.600 – 1.280 (bridge, access roads, part of the I/27 road before and after the bridge, preparation for a weather station, part of the optical cable for the Plzeň Region, etc.). This section is treated as a separate construction project called “Yellow book”, which is handled within the scope of chainage 0.600 – 1.280. Four road bridges are designed on the diversion route + SO 201 – bridge over the Střela valley, which is not part of this tender. Weather stations, overview cameras, road sensors, and variable traffic signs – weather will be located in the area before and after the bridge over the Střela river valley (SO 201). Objects SO 495 – Weather station and SO 455 – Optical cable for the Plzeň Region are partly in the “Yellow book” construction and partly in this construction. The same applies to some other objects that are part of both the “Yellow book” construction and this construction. The construction includes diversions of: field roads, high-pressure gas pipelines, CETIN communication cables, rainwater drainage structures, sewage system reconstruction, retention tank and booms, vegetation management.
