Předmětem plnění je výstavba silnice I/50 v nové trase kolem města Bučovice. Stavba začíná západně od města cca 50 m před křižovatkou se silnicí III/0506 do Maref v pasportním staničení km 17,690. Napojení stavby na původní trasu I/50 je na konci místní části Vícemilice v pasportním staničení km 23,530. Celková délka stavby činí 5570 m. Nová trasa silnice bude v počátečním a koncovém úseku vybudována jako směrově rozdělená dvoupruhová komunikace v návrhové kategorii S 11,5/90, zbývající středová část bude odpovídat kategorii S 13,5/90 (uspořádání 2+1) o délce 1990 m bez náběhových klínů. Nová trasa 2x kříží železniční trať a nachází se na ní 3 mimoúrovňové křižovatky, 6 mostů na silnici I/50, 1 most nad silnicí I/50, 2 mosty mimo silnici I/50, 3 opěrné zdi, které jsou řešeny jako samostatné stavební objekty. Součástí stavby je také vybudování 2 úrovňových křižovatek, 6 přeložek komunikací nižších kategorií, 2 příjezdy k retenčním nádržím, sjezdy a provizorní komunikace objízdných tras. Dále jsou nedílnou součástí stavby vodohospodářské objekty, přeložky dotčených inženýrských sítí, zřízení násypových těles, protihlukových stěn.
