不要参加資格・入札書の締切時点で、以下の条件を満たしていること。
・久留米市内に本店、もしくは支店・営業所等を有し、かつ久留米市競争入札参加有資格者名簿(久留 米市契約事務規則(昭和５０年４月１日久留米市規則第９号)第１６条第３項に規定する久留米市の 競争入札参加有資格者名簿)(以下、「名簿」という。)に当該営業所が登載されている者であるこ と。
・名簿に申請業種として、上水道設計が「登録」で登載されている者であること。
・技術者の配置について、以下の条件を満たすこと。
・以下のいずれかの資格などを有する直接的かつ恒常的な３ヶ月以上の雇用関係にある者を、管理技術 者として配置できること。
① 技術士法(昭和５８年法律第２５号)における技術部門の中で、上水道及び工業用水道部門に合格 し、同法による技術士の登録を受けている者、またはこれと同等の能力と経験を有する者。
② シビルコンサルティングマネージャ(RCCM)の登録部門の中で「上水道及び工業用水道部門」での登 録を受けている者。
・以下のいずれかの資格などを有する直接的かつ恒常的な３ヶ月以上の雇用関係にある者を、照査技術 者として配置できること。なお、管理技術者と照査技術者は兼ねることができない。
① 技術士法(昭和５８年法律第２５号)における技術部門の中で、上水道及び工業用水道部門に合格 し、同法による技術士の登録を受けている者、またはこれと同等の能力と経験を有する者。
② シビルコンサルティングマネージャ(RCCM)の登録部門の中で「上水道及び工業用水道部門」での登 録を受けている者。
入札方法 入札参加を希望する場合は、入札書受付期間内に、電子入札システムより入札を行うこと。
(但し、パソコントラブル等によりやむを得ず電子入札に参加できない場合は、紙入札方式 参加届出書を提出することにより、紙入札を認める。
