Country: IndonesiaDescription of the Assignment: The Consultant is expected to commence the assignment in August 2026 and conclude in February 2027.

The primary objective of the assignment is to provide technical expertise in strengthening Indonesias marine plastic debris monitoring and data management system through the collection, integration, analysis, and reporting of marine debris-related data.

The Consultant will support the development of evidence-based analysis, environmental modelling, national reporting, and policy recommendations to enhance marine debris management and contribute to the achievement of Indonesias national waste reduction and marine debris targets.

The Consultant will be responsible for contributions to the following technical domains:1)Marine Debris Data Collection, Integration, and Technical Assessment2)Environmental Modelling, Statistical Analysis, and Marine Debris Estimation3)National Reporting, Policy Analysis, and Monitoring Frameworks4)Stakeholder Coordination, Data Validation, and Technical Support5)Technical Reporting and Knowledge ManagementPeriod of assignment/services: 85 working days within 7 monthsProposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal.
