Opetuspalveluilla tarkoitetaan tässä pääasiassa opetusresurssia ja tuntityötä, joka voidaan tehdä luokka-, verkko- tai hybridiopetuksena. Tarpeen mukaan palveluhankintaan voi kuulua myös opetusmateriaalin tuottamista. Tarkempi hankinnan kohteen kuvaus on annettu liitteessä Palvelukuvaus.
Hankittavat Opetuspalvelut voivat kohdentua esimerkiksi seuraaviin sisältöihin:
• ohjelmointi,
• pilviteknologiat,
• ohjelmistokehitys,
• tietokannat,
• datankäsittely,
• kyber- ja tietoturva,
• tiedonhallinta ja siihen liittyvä lainsäädäntö,
• projektien, resurssien, henkilöstön ja organisaation hallinta sekä johto,
• opinnäytteiden ohjaus,
• sekä muut ICT- ja tuotantotalouteen liittyvät toteutukset.
