Description
Het doel van deze openbare Europese aanbesteding is het contracteren van één marktpartij die kan voorzien in de ICT managed services. Voor nadere details is het Programma van Eisen bijgevoegd waarin de benodigde informatie voor de inschrijvers is opgenomen. Het leveren en beheren van de werkplekdienstverlening, waaronder laptops, telefoons en randapparatuur voor ongeveer 300 medewerkers. Leveren van Servicedesk (1e en 2e lijn) diensten, het beheer van de Microsoft 365-omgeving (inclusief Entra ID, Intune en security), en het devicebeheer (MDM/MAM). Netwerkbeheer en hosting, inclusief VPN, firewalls, switches en koppelingen met Justitienet, securitybeheer volgens BIO2.0 en NIS2. Coördineren van de voip- en mobiele telefonie. Leveren maandelijkse SLA-rapportages en ondersteuning bij onboarding/offboarding. Uitvoeren van ICT-verbeterprojecten.
