De opdracht op hoofdlijnen betreft:
- Het leveren, inrichten, implementeren en onderhouden van een omnichannel contactcenter ICT-prestatie (CX applicatie) voor het KCC om binnenkomend telefonisch belverkeer te beheersen (ontvangen, routeren, wachtrijen managen, doorverbinden enz.); en voor de kanalen mail, (web)chat en Whatsapp – voor het KCC.
-Het overnemen, inrichten en aansluiten van het ‘Bellen met Teams’ middels Direct Routing op basis van de SIP-trunk van Vodafone overeenkomstig het GT-Vast contract, inclusief het nummerblok.
