Description

The Department of Finance, on behalf of all NICS departments and participating bodes, now wishes to appoint a Supplier (s), to supply the services associated with; Lot 1 (a) the promotion of the NICS G.A.Y.E. scheme to its’ staff (Professional Fundraising Organisation); and Lot 2 (b) the distribution of donations to charities nominated by individual members of staff (Payroll Giving Agency). The Supplier is required to effectively promote the NICS G.A.Y.E. scheme via a range of communication methods to a range of participating bodies. Part of this promotion will include carrying out pre-arranged visits to all of the locations where staff are employed, Suppliers must also share a webinar to participating bodies to enable them to send to staff members outside of planned visits. These pre-arranged visits are limited to the September to June period with at least one visit to be completed with each business location per year. Lot 2 Supplier must : • Receive, via secure electronic methods, on a monthly basis the full amount of donations made by each relevant Payroll Service Provider • Distribute donations to the charities chosen by the donor/employee within a 5 working day timeframe, as advised by the Professional Fundraising Organisation; • Provide an assurance that all monies received are distributed correctly and on-time; • Hold and notify the named representative of each body detailed in Annex A, of any held donations, within 5 working days of identification , until instruction is received on how to redistribute the remaining balance
