Invest Northern Ireland is currently preparing to initiate a competitive tendering procedure to establish a Framework of suppliers to deliver Energy and Resource Efficiency Technical Consultancy assignments to Northern Ireland businesses.
Prior to initiating the competitive tendering process Invest NI wishes to establish the level of market interest in participating in the procurement process and to obtain some feedback on some changes under consideration prior to issuing the tender as well as potential costs and best practices.
The potential scale and scope of this service is such that it offers a significant opportunity to bidders. This exercise is being used to determine the potential for any possible future contracts and their estimated value.
