Original language: ItalianL’Accordo Quadro ha per oggetto l’affidamento della gestione del servizio di asili nido nei Comuni di Pieve Ligure e Bogliasco, come dettagliato nel Capitolato Speciale, attraverso una procedura aperta da aggiudicare in base al criterio dell’offerta economicamente più vantaggiosa individuata sulla base del miglio rapporto qualità/prezzo.L’appalto è costituito da un unico lotto, ai sensi dell’art. 58, comma 2, del Codice, in ragione della omogeneità delle prestazioni oggetto del servizio, che richiede uno svolgimento coordinato e unitario, oltre alla complessità organizzativa della gestione del servizio in questione che ne comporta l’intrinseca inscindibilità.
