En virtud del Artículo 56° del Decreto N°661 del Ministerio de Hacienda del año 2024, durante la etapa de evaluación la Subsecretaría podrá solicitar a los oferentes: Las rectificaciones de los errores u omisiones detectados y que se solicitan y permiten salvar o subsanar a los oferentes no podrán conferirles a esos oferentes una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores, esto es, en tanto no se afecten los principios de estricta sujeción a las bases y de igualdad de los oferentes, y se informe de dicha solicitud al resto de los oferentes a través del Sistema de Información. En estos casos, la Subsecretaría comunicará al oferente las omisiones detectadas a través del Sistema de Información y le concederá un plazo fatal de dos días para que las subsane. Si los instrumentos agregados evitan la inadmisibilidad de la oferta respectiva, esta deberá calificarse con el puntaje mínimo en el criterio “Cumplimiento de Requisitos de Presentación” o “Presentación y completitud de Antecedentes” descrito en el Artículo 21º de las presentes Bases. Tratándose de oferentes inscritos en el Registro electrónico de Proveedores del Estado, no será causal de inadmisibilidad la omisión de documentos administrativos o antecedentes que estuvieren disponibles y vigentes en el portalwww.chileproveedores.cl.
