Predmetom zákazky je rekonštrukcia ovládacích prvkov technologického zariadenia v tlakovej komore objektu VS Ružín I, zameraná na zvýšenie prevádzkovej spoľahlivosti bezpečnosti a životností uzatváracích armatúr pracujúcich v extrémne namáhaných hydraulických podmienkach. Rekonštrukcia zahŕňa: • výmenu 6 ks zasúvadlových (nožových) uzáverov DN400 -PN6 v tlakovej komore, • výmenu 1 ks zasúvadlového (nožového) uzáveru DN400 - PN6 v čerpadlovej komore, pričom každý uzáver musí byť dodaný ako kompletný funkčný celok vrátane: • oceľovej podpery, • elektromotora s prevodovkou demontovateľného bez narušenia kotvenia stojanu • stojanu kotveného do podlahy strojovne • predlžovacieho vretena s ložiskovým uložením, • systému utesnenia otvoru vretena, • prírubového medzikusu na úpravu pracovnej dÍžky potrubia. Cieľom rekonštrukcie je odstrániť konštrukčné nedostatky existujúceho riešenia (najmä lomenie ovládacej tyče cez kardanovú spojku) a zabezpečiť priamu, súosú a spoľahlivú väzbu medzi uzáverom a ovládacím mechanizmom.
