Anskaffelsen omfatter etablering av rammeavtale for kjøp av elektroniske låser, alternative adgangsløsninger, reservedeler, tilbehør og annet nødvendig materiell til bruk i Bergen kommunes helse- og omsorgstjenester. Løsningene skal kunne integreres med kommunens eksisterende system for administrasjon av elektroniske låser og adgangsstyring (Unloc/Opencare).Formålet er å sikre en standardisert og driftssikker løsning som understøtter effektiv adgangshåndtering og legger til rette for god forvaltning, fleksibilitet og bærekraftig ressursutnyttelse i avtaleperioden. Det er besluttet at kommunens eksisterende låser, nøkkelbokser og releer skal erstattes i løpet av 2026 og 2027.
