Ventilation equipment filters - framework arrangement

The subject of the procurement was the supply of filters for mechanical ventilation equipment of properties to customers under the conditions specified in the request for proposals and its annexes. The procurement includes standard and special size bag filters, panel filters, activated carbon filters, cassette and compact filters, and filter mats as specified in the request for proposals, as well as other filters presented in Annex 1, Energy cost and product cost basket, of the request for proposals. During the contract period, customers may also order other filters from the supplier's range from the contract supplier, which is why the tenderer selected as the contract supplier must have a sufficiently wide range of filters. High quality was required for the products to achieve appropriate indoor air quality and to reduce the overall costs of indoor air ventilation. One (1) tenderer that met the conditions of the request for proposals was selected as the contract supplier based on overall economic efficiency. The procurement was not divided into lots, and partial bids were not accepted. The contract period is 2 years. The contracting authority reserves the right to extend the contract by two (2) option years, one year at a time. The procurement does not include a minimum purchase obligation. The quantities (weighting factors) presented in the request for proposals and its annexes were estimates of the number of filters required over a 1-year period.
