Dieses praxisintensive Viertages-Training zertifiziert die Teilnehmenden in den beiden Stufen Foundation und Practitioner des AI Project Governance Frameworks. Sie lernen, KI-Tools in klassischen oder agilen Projekten führungssicher, risikobewusst und methodisch exzellent einzusetzen und zu steuern. Der AIPGF Foundation & Practitioner Kurs ist maßgeschneidert für Führungskräfte, die Projekte aktiv leiten. Diese müssen dabei eine ethische, effiziente und effektive Mensch KI Zusammenarbeit (Human in the loop) verantworten. Die AIPGF Methode vermittelt nicht nur theoretisches Wissen, sondern vor allem ein konkretes Führungswissen und -Mindset, ergänzt um praktisch hilfreiche Beispiele, Übungen und Checklisten. Das Framework integriert sich nahtlos in etablierte Projektmanagement Methoden wie PRINCE2 oder PMBOK. Es bringt zentrale Prinzipien wie Menschzentrierung, Transparenz und Anpassungsfähigkeit mit agilen Prozessen (Scrum) zusammen. Abschluss mit 2 Zertifikatsprüfungen in englischer Sprache. Zielgruppe sind Soldatinnen/Soldaten auf Zeit mit abgeschlossenem Studium im technischen Bereich, IT oder BWL und praktischer Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit. Vorher sollten bereits andere Maßnahmen im Bereich Projektmanagement besucht worden sein. Durchführung einer Maßnahme im Zeitraum vom 09.11. - 12.11.2026.
