De Stad Oostende wenst gebruik te maken van een rittenregistratiesysteem, inclusief reservatieplatform voor het wagenpark van de Stad. Het doel is om door middel van deze software een beter zicht te krijgen op de bewegingen van het wagenpark teneinde een optimale samenstelling en verdeling van het wagenpark mogelijk te maken. Voor het deel van het wagenpark dat onderdeel uitmaakt van de “pool” dient er de mogelijkheid te zijn om op een vlotte, gebruiksvriendelijke en overzichtelijke manier reservaties aan te maken door alle collega’s. Voor deze opdracht werd reeds een eerste oproep tot mededinging gepubliceerd waarvan de procedure werd stopgezet. Deze nieuwe procedure werd opgesteld met een gewijzigd selectiecriterium. Looptijd De looptijd van deze opdracht wordt voorzien met een basisopdracht van vier jaar, met daarna automatisch 2-jaarlijkse stilzwijgende verlengingen voor onbepaalde duur met telkens een opzegmogelijkheid van 6 maanden voor de aanbesteder en 18 maanden voor de opdrachtnemer.
