1. O Governo de MoƧambique, atravĆ©s do MinistĆ©rio das ComunicaƧƵes e TransformaĆ§Ć£o Digital (MCTD), recebeu um financiamento do Banco Mundial para a implementaĆ§Ć£o do Projecto de AceleraĆ§Ć£o Digital de MoƧambique (PADIM) e pretende aplicar parte dos fundos para a ImplementaĆ§Ć£o de Uma Plataforma Baseada em Crowdsourcing Para AvaliaĆ§Ć£o da Qualidade de ServiƧo (Qos) Internet de Banda Larga
2. Neste contexto, o MinistĆ©rio das ComunicaƧƵes e TransformaĆ§Ć£o Digital, atravĆ©s do Projecto de AceleraĆ§Ć£o Digital de MoƧambique (PADIM), convida empresas interessadas e elegĆveis a apresentarem propostas fechadas para a contrataĆ§Ć£o dos serviƧos acima referidos;
3. O concurso serĆ” conduzido pelo Regulamento de AquisiƧƵes para MutuĆ”rios de OperaƧƵes de Financiamento de Projectos de Investimento, ediĆ§Ć£o de Setembro 2023 e subsidiariamente pelo Regulamento de ContrataĆ§Ć£o de Empreitada de Obras PĆŗblicas, Fornecimento de Bens e PrestaĆ§Ć£o de ServiƧos ao Estado, aprovado pelo Decreto nĀŗ 79/2022, de 30 de Dezembro, usando a solicitaĆ§Ć£o de Proposta āRequest For Bids (RFB)ā.
4. As empresas interessadas podem obter mais informaƧƵes na Unidade de ImplementaĆ§Ć£o do Projecto, por email: procurement@padim.gov.mz, solicitando o Documento de Concurso no perĆodo das 8h:00 Ć s 15h:00 no endereƧo abaixo indicado;
5. As propostas deverĆ£o ser entregues no endereƧo abaixo atĆ© as 10h:30 min, hora local, do dia 10 de Agosto de 2026 e serĆ£o abertas, em sessĆ£o pĆŗblica, na presenƧa dos concorrentes e dos que desejarem participar. As propostas apresentadas apĆ³s o fim do perĆodo definido para entregas serĆ£o rejeitadas;
6. Cada proposta deverĆ” ser acompanhada de uma garantia provisĆ³ria no valor total de MZN 570.000,00 (quinhentos e setenta mil meticais), devendo o prazo de validade das mesmas ser de 120 dias contados a partir da data da abertura das propostas.
