Implementation of SAP S/4HANA

- Overall project control and management: The contractor will support HOCHBAHN's overall project management in planning and implementing the overall project plan. - Project communication: The overarching service provider will support HOCHBAHN in overarching project communication. - Training management: The overarching training management is responsible for planning, organizing, and conducting all training activities. It is planned to conduct training for both project teams and future key users from the departments ("Train-the-Trainer") as well as training for end-users. The planning and execution of the training will be carried out in close coordination with the sub-project managers, departments, and HOCHBAHN's HR department. - Migration management and execution: The contractor is responsible for the management and execution of the migration. - Overarching technical implementation: Through overarching consulting, coordinated support, and quality assurance, a stable, integration-capable, and future-proof system architecture will be ensured. The overarching service provider will undertake central cross-functional technical tasks and provide continuous support for system setup, interface realization, overarching customizing, and technical operational handover. Furthermore, the contractor will ensure the provision and processing of all data required for the technical interfaces in the SAP system. This includes, in particular, structured data preparation, provision of required data objects, connectors, and endpoints, as well as coordination of technical requirements with the client to enable smooth data exchange with the connected systems. The responsibility for the actual connection and processing of the interfaces lies with the client. - Integration and test management: "Test management" includes the conception, planning, execution, documentation, and evaluation of all test activities within the scope of the SAP S/4HANA migration of Hamburger Hochbahn. It forms the basis for a structured, audit-proof, and quality-assured introduction of the new system. In the course of the project so far, the following foundations have been laid in the SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), among others: - Modeling of end-to-end processes - Configuration of the Test Suite and IT Service Management (ITSM) These preliminary works are to be continued to be used. Alternatives to SolMan may be used, provided that central requirements for traceability, integration, and documentation are met. - Cut-over management: The goal of the cut-over is the seamless and controlled transition from the old to the new system, so that all technical and functional processes are functional, fully migrated, and validated at the go-live date - without interrupting business operations.
