Розрахунки за Товар проводяться відповідно Бюджетного кодексу України, в національній валюті України, шляхом безготівкового перерахування коштів з рахунку Покупця на рахунок Постачальника на підставі накладних (видаткових накладних) наданих Постачальником.
Оплата за Товар здійснюється протягом 30 (тридцяти) календарних днів з дня поставки Товару. У разі затримки бюджетного фінансування розрахунок за поставлений Товар здійснюється протягом 5 (п'яти) робочих днів з дати отримання Покупцем бюджетного при значення на фінансування закупівлі на свій реєстраційний рахунок.
Місце поставки Товару: Харківська область, (конкретизована адреса буде вказана при підписанні договору), на умовах DDP – склад Покупця (згідно Інкотермс 2020).
