Invitation for tenders Ukraine 23.10.2026 07.12.2026 The project “Improvement of Energy Efficiency and Energy Security of the Water Pumping Station, Partial Renovation of the Existing Water Supply Networks in Krasyliv” aims to improve the energy efficiency, energy security and reliability of the municipal water supply system in Krasyliv, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine. The project is financed by Norway through the Green Recovery Programme for Ukraine, with grant funds administered by Nefco. The procurement is divided into two lots: Lot 1 – Installation of solar photovoltaic (PV) plants at water supply facilities, including the supply and installation of equipment, related construction works and commissioning. Lot 2 – Reconstruction of water supply networks along Shevchenka Street in Krasyliv, including the supply of necessary equipment and materials, construction and installation works, and commissioning. Both lots will be implemented on a Design & Build (turnkey) basis and include the preparation of design and cost estimate documentation, required expert examination, designer’s supervision and as-built documentation. Tenderers may submit bids for one or both lots. The procurement will be conducted in accordance with Nefco’s Procurement Policy and Procedures. Works are expected to commence in March 2027, with completion periods of 10 months for Lot 1 and 11 months for Lot 2 from the respective contract effective dates.
