Hankinnan kohteena ovat puhtaussalan ammattikäyttöön soveltuvat imurit ja painehuuhtelulaitteet toimitettuna TOP Finnterms 2001 ehdon mukaisesti tilaajien kohteisiin Etelä-Karjalan alueella. Tavoitteena on saada ammattikäyttöön soveltuvia, laadukkaita ja hyvällä toimintavarmuudella ja palvelulla toimitettuja koneita. Siivouskoneiden tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset mm. rakenteen, varusteiden, työ- ja paloturvallisuuden sekä sähköturvallisuuden osalta.
