Het contract met de ingeschreven ZZP-er wordt verzorgd door Haert.De gemeente zoekt een ervaren IT-architect en/of netwerkspecialist om de huidige IT-architectuur en netwerkstructuur volledig in kaart te brengen in een architectuur tool. Het doel is om een helder beeld te krijgen van de bestaande situatie (IST), inclusief technische afhankelijkheden, dataflows, koppelingen en een link naar de kritieke processen binnen onze organisatie. De opdracht omvat ook het uitvoeren van een risicoanalyse op basis van de bevindingen. Doelstelling Inzicht verkrijgen in de huidige IT-architectuur en netwerkinfrastructuur. Identificeren van knelpunten en verbeterpunten op het gebied van schaalbaarheid, veiligheid en effici?ntie Vastleggen van de bestaande situatie in een visuele architectuur- en netwerkkaart in een architectuurtool die ge?ntegreerd is met Topdesk. Opleveren van een onderbouwde risicoanalyse, identificeren van risico?s en kwetsbaarheden op het gebied van veiligheid, continu?teit en beheer. Het inleren van een medewerker in het vakgebied Taken en verantwoordelijkheden Inventariseren van de bestaande IT- en netwerkarchitectuur. Interviewen van systeembeheerders, netwerkbeheerders en functioneel beheerders. In kaart brengen en documenteren van applicaties, dataflows, koppelingen , systeemafhankelijkheden, netwerksegmentatie, hardware en redundantie. Opstellen van een visuele weergave van het IT-landschap (IST) en netwerk in een architectuur tool. Uitvoeren van een risicoanalyse op basis van kwetsbaarheden, compliance-eisen en single points of failure. Rapporteren van bevindingen en aanbevelingen. In dit proces neem je een medewerker uit het team mee zodat de kennis meteen geborgd is in onze organisatie; Verwachte resultaten IST-documentatie: Volledig overzicht van IT-architectuur en netwerkinfrastructuur. Architectuur- en netwerkkaart: Visuele representatie van de huidige IT-architectuur en netwerkinfrastructuur in een architectuurtool. Risicoanalyse: Beschrijving van kwetsbaarheden, risico?s en mogelijke mitigerende maatregelen. Presentatie aan het team informatisering van de bevindingen.
