Het doel van de aanbestedingsprocedure is om met drie (3) Inschrijvers een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor het uitvoeren van nadere leveringen door middel van het houden van minicompetities.
Doel van de opdracht
Het aanbrengen en/of vervangen van bomen binnen het bestaande areaal welke door ziekte, schade, storm of einde levensduur (etc.) vervangen dienen te worden.
Minicompetities Deelopdrachten i.c.m. Leveranties
Voor het verstrekken van deelopdrachten zal worden gewerkt met mini-competities op basis van het criterium laagste prijs. Het doel van de mini-competities is om een scherpe prijs te krijgen voor de leveranties van plantmateriaal die niet in deze raamovereenkomst zijn opgenomen.
De deelopdrachten die in mini-competitie binnen de raamovereenkomst worden uitgevraagd bevatten enkel de werkzaamheden die benodigd zijn om het te leveren plantmateriaal te planten, en die ook als bestek posten zijn opgenomen in deze raamovereenkomst.
