Als tijdelijke incident/changemanager maak je deel uit van het team informatie. Dit team is verantwoordelijk voor het beleid, de ontwikkeling en het beheer op het gebied van informatie-voorziening (digitaal en analoog), zaakgericht werken, informatie- en communicatietechnologie en informatiemanagement. Je werkt met moderne systemen. Onze organisatie is groot genoeg voor ambities en uitdagingen en klein genoeg voor korte lijnen. Je hebt volop ruimte voor eigen initiatief en je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid. Opdrachtomschrijving voor de kandidaat: Als incident/changemanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen van rapportages. Je ontwikkelt KPI?s en diensten. Je ontwikkelt PDC en verwerkt dit in Topdesk. Je stuurt de teamleden en het management daarin aan. Je co?rdineert de changes en adviseert het management.
