Procurement of packaging materials, indicators in 3 parts based on a framework purchase agreement. Part 1: Indicators for sterilization in autoclaves Total framework quantity: 108,839 pcs. The requirements for the products to be purchased under the framework purchase agreement are detailed in the technical specification and price list, which form part of the public procurement documentation. The tenderer must offer products that are brand new and have not been used before. Offers can only be submitted for the entire part. The tenderer must submit an offer for all lines of the price list. The procurement also includes delivery. The tenderer undertakes that the products delivered by them will have the expiry dates specified for each product in the technical specification at the time of delivery. This applies to products where the expiry date is indicated in the DEK-1572 Technical Specification and Price List. Pursuant to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree No. 321/2015 (X. 30), if the documentation (public procurement technical specification) refers to a specific standard, technical approval, technical specifications, technical recommendation, or a product, origin or type of item, procedure, activity, person, patent or trademark, the designation is made solely to clearly define the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or equivalent" shall be understood to mean that the Contracting Authority is obliged to accept an equivalent or better solution than that specified in the documentation. If the tenderer wishes to offer an equivalent device, solution, etc. instead of the technical content referred to, they must submit the document(s) supporting the equivalence in their offer. The Contracting Authority draws the tenderers' attention to the fact that the document supporting the equivalence may include, but is not limited to, technical documentation from the manufacturer or a certification from an independent, professionally recognized organization.
