12-Aug-2026 The Assignment : The objective of the consultancy services is to conduct a comprehensive compliance audit of the Resettlement Action Plan (RAP) implemented for completed water supply and sanitation projects under Rwanda Sustainable Water Supply and Sanitation Program, ensuring compliance with Rwandan laws and international standards such as the African Development Bank and World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESS5).
