Getúlio Vargas, nº 91, Centro - Ibiraçu/ES - CEP: 29.670-000, medindo aproximadamente 200m2 com 08 (oito) salas adequados para uso como salas de aula e sala de Professor, 01(uma) sala ampla adequada para uso como recepção, secretaria escolar e diretoria, 03 (três) banheiros adequados para uso de crianças, 01 (um) banheiro para uso exclusivo dos funcionários, 01 (uma) copa para uso como refeitório,01 (uma) cozinha e 01(uma) garagem que será utilizada para momentos recreativos. “De acordo com o Índice Geral de Preços - Mercado (IGP-M), calculado pela FGV fica acrescido o percentual de 1,950140% que equivale ao valor de R$ 936,07 ao contrato original que passa de R$ 48.000,00 para R$ 48.936,07”.
