This tender concerns the procurement of IT equipment for digital development projects under the Recovery and Resilience Facility (RRF). Furthermore, in line with Section 27/A of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), the contracting authority is obligated to accept and process electronic invoices that comply with the European standard EN 16931-1:2017 and the syntax list published by the European Commission in the Official Journal of the European Union, unless the contracting authority falls under the exceptions specified in Section 5 (2)-(4) of the Kbt.
