Description
The ASEAN Centre for Energy has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Clean Energy and Power Trade Development in Southeast Asia Project of the Multi-Phase Programmatic Approach Accelerating Sustainable Energy Transition/MPA ASET (P181555) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for hiring Information System / Database System Advisor for AEDS Program.
The MPA ASET now invites eligible individuals (“Consultant”) indicating her/his interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultant should provide information demonstrating that She/He has the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services (attach curriculum vitae with description of experience in similar assignments, 3 references, etc.).

This is a part-time position, running from the date of contract signing until June 2027.
The Consultant will be selected through a competitive process in accordance with Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016, revised in sixth edition dated February 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
