Description
Work of this Contract comprises the following for the Wetaskiwin Reynolds Alberta Museum:
.1 Encapsulate black mastic in the air handling units with the specified asbestos binding
compound.
.2 HEPA vacuum and rotary brush cleaning of the air handling units (AHU-1 to AHU-8)
chambers and internal components; including heating coils, cooling coils, humidifier,
dampers, fans, etc.
.3 Cleaning with intent of lead dust removal of supply and return ductwork, and all
connected VAV boxes, reheat coils, exhaust fans, diffusers, grilles, louvers, hoods, and
air plenums.
.4 Cleaning and degreasing of the kitchen hood and all connected exhaust ductwork and
exhaust fans.
.5 Cleaning of generator cooling exhaust ductwork.
.6 Repair or replace all insulation and access hatches removed for cleaning access.
