Předmětem zakázky je dodávka 4 ks infuzní techniky pro domácí péči včetně příslušenství (brašna, ledvinka) pro Lůžkové oddělení a Ambulanci Ústavu hematologie a krevní transfuze, pavilon B, 1. a 2. NP, U Nemocnice 2094/1, Praha 2. Součástí plnění je rovněž dodání veškerého příslušenství, clo, doprava, uvedení zařízení do provozu, provedení vstupní BTK, zaškolení obsluhy kupujícího a předání dokladů vztahujících se k dodávanému zboží, zejména prohlášení o shodě a návodu k obsluze v tištěné i elektronické podobě.
