Deze aanbesteding betreft een Europese niet-openbare aanbestedingsprocedure EU/2026.025 voor het sluiten van een raamovereenkomst voor integrale ingenieursdiensten ten behoeve van de gebiedsontwikkeling Rivium. De dienstverlening heeft onder meer betrekking op onderzoek en advies, integraal ontwerp, technische voorbereiding, vergunningen en meldingen, contract- en aanbestedingsvoorbereiding en kostenmanagement. Wij willen een raamovereenkomst aangaan voor de periode van vier jaar. De raamovereenkomst gaat in op 1 maart 2027. We kunnen na deze vier jaar de overeenkomst maximaal twee keer verlengen met 1 jaar. De maximale looptijd van de raamovereenkomst is daarmee tot 1 maart 2033. Het maximale bedrag van deze raamovereenkomst is € 1.800.000,- excl. btw. De werkzaamheden worden gedurende de looptijd van de raamovereenkomst door middel van nadere opdrachten verstrekt. De inhoud, omvang, fasering, planning, financiële kaders en op te leveren producten worden per nadere opdracht bepaald. Binnen het plangebied van het Rivium worden op dit moment de volgende zes deelprojecten onderscheiden: a. Openbare Ruimte (ROOD): integrale openbare ruimte en toetsing van het Coalitiegebied, waaronder landschap en mobiliteit; b. Openbare Ruimte (GEEL): gemeentelijke openbare ruimte en mobiliteitsinrichting, waaronder mobiliteit en landschap; c. Ondergrondse hoofdinfrastructuur en gebiedsvoorbereidende werkzaamheden; d. ParkShuttle: ongelijkvloerse kruising, verlengingen van de ParkShuttlebaan en nieuwe of aangepaste haltes; e. Abram van Rijckevorselweg: herinrichting en snelheidsverlaging naar 50 km/uur; f. Metropolitane Fietsroute Ridderkerk–Rotterdam op Capels grondgebied.
