Am Standort der ehemal igen WGT -Liegenschaft Kaserne "Schönfelder Weg" (FO l 08-01) und des B- Plan Gebiets "Am Teufelspfuhl" in Bernau bei Berlin kam es durch frühere Grundstücksnutzung zu einer Verunrei nigung des Grundwassers über die geltenden Orientierungs- /Grenzwerte mit leicht flüchtigen chlorierten Kohlenwasserstoffen (LCKW). Betroffen sind sowohl der obere Grundwasserleiter l (GWL l ) als auch teilweise der Grundwasserleiter 2 (GWL 2). Seit 2018 wi rd die LCKW- Grundwasserbelastung bereits mit einer GWRA und einem System aus 25 Sanierungsbrunnen hydraulisch behandelt. Inzwischen konnten drei Brunnen bereits außer Betr ieb genommen werden. Aus vergaberechtlichen Gründen wird die Leistung neu ausgeschrieben. Die weitere hydraulische Sicherung soll mit der Installat ion einer neuen GWRA auf den vorhandenen Flächen und deren Anschluss an die vorhandenen Brunnen, Rohrleitungen und Einleitbauwerke erfolgen. Wesent liche Leistungsinhalte Die vorliegende Ausschreibung umfasst folgende, wesent liche Leistungen: - örtliche Bauüberwachung des Anlagenneu- bzw. umbaus, Ausrüst ung der Brunnen und Ertüchtigung der Fördersystems, - Überwachung des Anlagenbetriebs (EO), - Überwachung und Auswertung der habjährlichen Monitoringergebnisse der Schadstofffahne (FÜ) und - Dokumentation der Ergebnisse.
