De gemeente Amstelveen koopt producten, diensten en werken in voor gemeenten Amstelveen en Aalsmeer. Van bedrijfskleding, jeugdzorg, rotondes en software tot en met catering en de inhuur van personeel. Het team Inkoop en Aanbesteding van de afdeling Financi?n ondersteunt de inkopende afdelingen daarbij. Het team heeft een faciliterende, begeleidende en adviserende rol.Voor het opstarten/begeleiden van openbare aanbestedingen voor Diensten, Leveringen en/of Werken heeft het team tijdelijk behoefte aan de inhuur van een inkoopadviseur.Je neemt de regie over (Europese) inkoop- en aanbestedingsprocedures en bewaakt het proces. Je hebt een scherp oog voor risico's, verbeterpunten en naleving van kaders en regelgeving. In overleg met opdrachtgever wordt het aantal aanbestedingen afgestemd.Er is op grond van de aanbestedingswet is een herzieningsclausule opgenomen. De getoonde verlenging is een optie en geen recht.
