Rechtmatig en doelmatig inkopen is een van jouw speerpunten. Jij bent een stevige adviseur die weet een inkooptraject in goede banen te leiden. Onderwerpen van inkoop- en aanbestedingstrajecten richten zich op jeugd/sociaal domein.Je adviseert over passende aanbestedingsprocedure en je adviseert en ondersteunt bij de verschillende fases van het inkoopproces. Samen met je collega?s zorg jij voor het versterken en het verder ontwikkelen van het inkoopproces en inkoopbeleid.Je doet je werk op een kwalitatief hoogwaardig niveau. Je hebt oog voor de politiek-bestuurlijke en maatschappelijke belangen bij de inkoopvraagstukken waar jij je mee bezig houdt.Concreet ga je met de volgende opdrachten aan de slag:Enkelvoudig onderhandse opdracht juridische begeleiding Inburgeraars Advisering over addendum overeenkomst Inburgering (nadere afspraken over dienstverlening) Toetredingsronde Beschermd wonen Optioneel: Toetredingsronde Dagbesteding en Huishoudelijke hulp Nieuwe inkoop Jeugd (circa 7 procedures) Inkoop OnderwijszorgarrangementenDeze opdracht kan zowel ingevuld worden door iemand in loondienst als een zelfstandige. Na gunning dient de gegunde partij een geldige VOG te kunnen overleggen van de kandidaat.
