Ben jij een gedreven en zelfstandig strategische inkoopadviseur met oog voor ontwikkeling en vernieuwing, die graag zijn tanden zet in complexe en gevoelige inkooptrajecten? Iemand die regie kan voeren binnen complexe netwerken met uiteenlopende belangen om tot de beste en aansprekende resultaten te komen en draag je van nature bij aan het verder ontwikkelen en professionaliseren van de inkoopfunctie? Wat ga je doen? ? Je treedt op als businesspartner voor de opdrachtgevers van de provinciale organisatie. Je stelt inkoopstrategie?n op voor het realiseren van provinciale opgaves in complexe en gevoelige dossiers met grote politieke, organisatorische en commerci?le belangen. ? Je voert regie over complexe inkooptrajecten en draagt zorg voor het risicomanagement. ? Je draagt proactief bij aan ontwikkeling en uitvoering van het inkoop- en (Europese) aanbestedingsbeleid op tactisch en strategisch niveau. ? Je streeft continu naar verbetering en ontwikkeling van de dienstverlening en draagt bij aan het verder professionaliseren van inkoop en aanbesteden en aan kennisontwikkeling bij de businesspartners, opdrachtgevers en andere betrokkenen. Je ontwikkelt initiatieven hiervoor. ? je voert accountgesprekken in jouw programma?s om de inkoopbehoefte op tafel te krijgen en leeft je daarbij in de behoefte van de opdrachtgever in. ? samen met opdrachtgevers en contractmanagers ontwikkel en onderhoudt je kennis van relevante markten. Zo lever jij jouw bijdrage aan Brabant! Binnen het programma Bedrijfsvoering, Beleid en Advisering (BBA) is het team Inkoop en Contractmanagement (ICM) verantwoordelijk voor inkoop van alle leveringen, diensten en werken (behalve infrastructurele werken en daaraan gerelateerde ingenieursdiensten en werkenopdrachten voor projecten en vastgoed). Als businesspartner zorgen wij samen met de programma?s voor effici?nte inkoop- en contractmanagementprocessen die leiden tot optimaal inkoopresultaat (value for money). Dit doen we vanuit een regierol. Aan de voorkant adviseren wij ? vaak in samenspraak met andere businesspartners in huis - over het best passende inkooptraject en voeren we vervolgens de regie over het inkoopproces. Deze opdracht richt zich met name op de voorkant van het proces (agregeren en specificeren van de inkoopbehoefte). Met wie werk je samen? Je gaat werken in een team dat ondernemend, integer en deskundig is. Persoonlijke betrokkenheid en het levenscyclus-denken in mogelijkheden en oplossingen staan centraal. Wij zijn steeds op zoek naar een praktische benadering binnen de kaders van wet- en regelgeving met een bewuste risico afweging.
