Bei der Friedrich-Adolf-Wilhelm-Diesterweg-Oberschule handelt es sich um eines der wichtigsten Bauwerke der Klassischen Moderne in Chemnitz, entworfen von Friedrich Wagner-Poltrock. Erbaut wurde die Schule in den Jahren 1928 - 1930. Im Schuljahr 2025/2026 wurden an der staatlichen Oberschule 519 SchülerInnen der Klassenstufen 5 bis 10 in 22 Klassen unterrichtet. Die Stadt Chemnitz plant die Innen- und Außensanierung des denkmalgeschützten Schulgebäudes in der Kreherstraße 101 in 09127 Chemnitz. Gegenstand dieser Ausschreibung sind die Leistungen der Objektplanung Gebäude der Leistungsphasen 1 bis 9 nach § 34 HOAI i. V. m. Anlage 10 Nr. 10.1. Die Beauftragung erfolgt entsprechend dem beigefügten Architekten-/Ingenieurvertrag mit Anlagen stufenweise, unterteilt nach einzelnen Leistungsphasen. Mit Zuschlag werden die Leistungsphasen 1 - 3 der Objektplanung Gebäude einschließlich der Besonderen Leistungen 5.3.2.2. Kostenschätzung und Kostenberechnung in einer los- und gewerkeweisen Darstellung, Kostenberechnung mit Grobmassen sowie 5.3.2.3. Mitwirken bei der Fördermittelbeantragung, -abrechnung und Erstellung des Verwendungsnachweises beauftragt. Die weiteren Leistungsphasen einschließlich der zugehörigen Besonderen Leistungen werden stufenweise vergeben. Optional beauftragt werden die Besonderen Leistungen 5.3.2.1. Bestandsaufmaß, 5.3.2.4. Wärmeschutz und Energiebilanzierung (Leistungsbild gem. HOAI Anlage 1, Pkt. 1.2.2) inkl. Nachweis nach Gebäudemodernisierungsgesetz GModG und 5.3.2.5. Bauakustik (Schallschutz) und Raumakustik inkl. Erstellung Schallschutznachweis (Leistungsbild gem. HOAI Anlage 1, Pkt. 1.2.2). Ein Rechtsanspruch auf die Übertragung aller Leistungsphasen und der optionalen Besonderen Leistungen, auch nach Erbringung der ersten Leistungsphasen, besteht nicht.
