Trata-se de inscrição dos Vereadores da Câmara Municipal de Rio Branco do Ivaí, Adriano Barbosa e Marcio de Souza, no evento aberto de capacitação e aperfeiçoamento intitulado: "Competências, Comunicação Institucional e Transformação Digital no Setor Público".
A capacitação sobre o assunto deverá contribuir para a atualização e o aperfeiçoamento dos Vereadores nas áreas de governança tecnológica, inteligência artificial e comunicação pública clara, permitindo:
• Capacitar os vereadores para atuarem de forma estratégica na era da transformação digital e inovação no setor público;
• Compreender os conceitos de IA Governamental e Machine Learning como ferramentas de modernização da atividade parlamentar e dos serviços públicos;
• Orientar quanto à segurança jurídica e aos limites éticos do uso de inteligência artificial sob os parâmetros da Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD);
• Mitigar riscos e reduzir erros em atos administrativos e legislativos através da aplicação prática de técnicas de comunicação clara;
• Desenvolver novas competências e habilidades indispensáveis para o agente público e parlamentar no ecossistema digital contemporâneo;
• Qualificar a tomada de decisões no mandato mediante a gestão de dados e o uso de informações precisas;
• Identificar gargalos e falhas nos fluxos operacionais públicos para promover maior eficiência e transparência nas rotinas do Poder Legislativo;
• Implementar estratégias de comunicação legitimadora para dar publicidade e validar as inovações institucionais perante os cidadãos;
• Aprimorar a governança parlamentar por meio da utilização de métricas de desempenho (KPIs) voltadas a mensurar a credibilidade e a eficiência pública.
