Inspection, maintenance and supply of indoor sports equipment

This European public tender by the municipality of Lansingerland concerns the conclusion of a framework agreement with a single contractor for the supply, inspection, and repair of sports equipment and apparatus for the municipal sports halls. The contract consists of four main parts: • Annual inspection of all sports equipment present at the Client's location, including preventive and minor maintenance; • Repair of currently used sports equipment; • Supply, installation, assembly, and commissioning of sports equipment; • Advising and providing training to the Client and (end) users. This can be done independently, in a partnership, and/or by engaging third parties. The estimated volume of the contract is an average of €156,250 excluding VAT per year, with an estimated value over the total term of approximately €625,000 excluding VAT. The average contract value over the total term of the framework agreement will be capped at 140% of the stated expected volume, which is €875,000 excluding VAT over the maximum term of four years. With the exception of the fixed annual obligation for inspections including preventive and minor maintenance, the uptake is not fixed, nor is it mandatory. Although this would be an extreme scenario, it is not contractually excluded that the revenue for the other main parts is €0. With this estimate, the municipality of Lansingerland attempts to provide the best possible picture of the maximum scope of the contract. No revenue guarantee or rights can be derived from the above indication.
