Artículo 11°:De las Consultas, Aclaraciones, Respuestas.Los oferentes podrán formular consultas y solicitar aclaraciones sobre las bases administrativas y técnicas, las que serán canalizadas a través del foro electrónico de la plataformawww.mercadopublico.cl, conforme alReglamento de la Ley de Compras,durante el período señalado para ello en el cronograma de la licitación.
Las respuestas a las preguntas realizadas por los oferentes, y aclaraciones a las bases, se efectuarán dentro del plazo establecido en el cronograma señalado.
Artículo 20º:Errores u omisiones detectados durante las aperturas.La ZBV podrá solicitar a los oferentes que salven errores u omisiones formales (documentos administrativos, no técnicos ni económicos), siempre y cuando las rectificaciones de dichos vicios u omisionesno les confieran a esos oferentes una situación de privilegio respecto de los demás competidores, esto es, en tanto no se afecten los principios de estricta sujeción de las bases y de igualdad de los oferentes, y se informe de dicha solicitud al resto de los oferentes a través del Sistema de Información.
