The Contractor shall be obliged to carry out all works, services and inspections that ensure the validity of the warranty for individual devices/elements of the installation – in accordance with the guidelines set by the given manufacturer of the devices/elements of the installation in this regard – throughout the entire warranty period, in accordance with the offer submitted during the proceedings. 4. The Contractor shall be obliged to maintain a service logbook, which will contain entries of performed inspections and repairs. 5. Devices and construction products used by the Contractor must: – be brand new, on the day of their delivery to the construction site, they cannot be older than 12 months from the date of production and must meet the requirements of the developed design documentation and the Functional-Utility Program, – have an operating and user manual in Polish, – have a written warranty from the manufacturer or Contractor regarding quality, – be introduced into commercial trade, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of April 13, 2016, on conformity assessment systems and market surveillance (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1854), – have a declaration of conformity with the provisions specified in the harmonized EU legislation and the provisions of Regulation (EU) No 305/2011 of the European Parliament and of the Council of March 9, 2011, laying down harmonized conditions for the marketing of construction products and repealing Council Directive 89/106/EEC – the designation "CE" or have a national declaration of performance issued on the basis of the provisions of the Act of April 16, 2004, on construction products (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1213) – the designation "B", - other requirements regarding photovoltaic installations and energy storage are specified in the PFU. 6.
