The Hub aims to foster innovation, research, and technology-driven solutions in the health sector by providing innovators, researchers, startups, and technology developers with access to advanced laboratory and prototyping equipment.As part of this initiative, the Hub has acquired specialized laboratory equipment, including anOpentrons Flex Liquid Handling Robot, aFormlabs Form 3 SLA 3D Printer, anUltimaker S5 FDM 3D Printer, and associated accessories and software. To ensure the equipment is installed, commissioned, and operated in accordance with manufacturers requirements and industry standards, UNDP Rwanda invites qualified firms to submit quotations for the provision of installation, calibration, testing, user training, and post-installation maintenance support services.The selected contractor will be expected to provide a comprehensive solution covering site assessment, equipment installation and commissioning, software configuration, hands-on training for designated users, and technical support services to ensure the equipment is fully operational and the Hub staff are equipped with the necessary skills to operate and maintain the systems effectively.This procurement is conducted through aRequest for Quotation (RFQ)process and the contract will be awarded to theLowest Priced Technically Compliant Offer (LPTC)meeting all requirements specified in this solicitation.Interested suppliers must submit their offer directly in the system as instructed in the solicitation document, following the instructions in the available user guide.In case you have never registered before, you can register a profile using the registration link shared via the procurement notice and following the instructions in guides available in the UNDP website:https://www.undp.org/procurement/business/resources-for-bidders.Do not create a new profile if you already have one.
