Original language: FrenchL’Unité territoriale VII (UT VII) de l’Office fédéral des routes (OFROU) est responsable de l’exploitation et de l’entretien des routes nationales dans les cantons de Schaffhouse, Schwytz et Zurich. Le long des tronçons de routes nationales N01, N03 et N04 se trouvent au total 14 aires de repos dont les installations sanitaires fonctionnent mal. L’objectif du projet est de remplacer sur chacun des sites les installations sanitaires défectueuses par de nouvelles constructions standardisées. La mise en œuvre doit s’effectuer en limitant autant que possible les impacts sur l’environnement et en réduisant au minimum les adaptations aux conduites techniques existantes. Les nouvelles constructions prévues se fondent sur un type de bâtiment modulaire (trois à quatre modules et un module sans barrières), la longueur de l’installation variant d’un site à l’autre en fonction du nombre de modules. Le présent appel d’offres pour un rédacteur du projet couvre la planification de 11 aires de repos classées par ordre de priorité, de la phase partielle SIA 33 (projet de mesures, PM) à la phase partielle SIA 53 (mise en service, clôture). Pour le projet, outre les prestations du rédacteur du projet de construction, des prestations CVCS sont également nécessaires. Le soumissionnaire doit donc pouvoir couvrir lui aussi ce domaine de prestations. Un projet de mesures (PM) doit maintenant être élaboré sur la base de la présente génération du projet.
Le projet se déroulera selon la méthode du Building Information Modeling (BIM) afin de garantir une planification, une réalisation et une documentation intégrales, numériques et coordonnées. La collaboration au sein de l’équipe de projet s’effectuera via une plateforme de projet centrale commune (CDE).
