Other information The specialist will be based in India and will work primarily from the home office. • The consultant may be based anywhere in India. However, candidates based in Maharashtra, or with demonstrated ability to maintain a regular presence in Maharashtra, will be preferred given the need for close consultation with government counterparts and periodic site visits. • The consultant should be available to travel to Maharashtra, Delhi, and other locations in India as required for consultations, missions, site visits, workshops, technical meetings, and discussions with ADB and government counterparts. All travel will be subject to prior approval by ADB and availability of funds within the approved contract budget. The number, timing, duration, and location of missions will be determined based on implementation needs. Any support to Loan 4392 or related ADB-financed operations will be provided only on an as-needed basis and within the approved working days, contract period, and budget.
