All documents specified in this clause, where applicable, must be signed by the legal representative or the attorney-in-fact with sufficient powers for this action, or by themselves in the case of natural persons. a) The sworn statement must be signed by hand in ink on the printed document and scanned as a full page (a "pasted" or cropped image signature will not be accepted). b) The declaration must include, handwritten by the signatory: full name, RUT, position, company name, date, place, and a unique code indicated by the Corporation for the process (e.g., "Code: [Tender ID]-[date]"), which must be placed next to the signature. c) A simple copy of both sides of the signatory's identity card (or equivalent document) must be attached, for identification and powers verification purposes only. Request for original. The Corporation may, at any stage of the process (including award and formalization), request the submission of the original document on paper with an autograph signature, or require its subscription through electronic signature, within the indicated deadline. Non-compliance will be grounds for rejection of the offer or non-subscription/withdrawal from the award, depending on the stage. Scope and non-equivalence. The exceptional acceptance of a scanned handwritten signature does not imply that it is equivalent to an electronic signature for purposes of non-repudiation, traceability, or responsibilities, being valid only as a temporary document submission mechanism, without prejudice to the verifications that the Corporation deems pertinent. Documents with scanned handwritten signatures will be accepted only under the terms of the clause and its Sworn Statement. Alternatively, documents whose signature is notarized (signature placed on the original before a minister of faith) will be accepted, provided that a complete scanned copy of the instrument containing the notarization is attached, without prejudice to the Corporation's right to request the original for comparison.
